Quite fitting for a Gutamaya ship, I think A new Gutamaya ship is long overdue. fingers crossed
In my wild imagination I think FDev could really add wonderful things to two current Empire ships:
Shorten the Clipper's nacelles enough to allow it to land on Medium Pads
Allow the Cutter to have luxury cabins
What rock star or dignitary of some sort would Not want to travel on a Cutter; its so beautiful and so capable.

If they're teasing it now, they've presumably already been working on it for months

A lot of people, my self included, have been asking for the Clipper to be reduced to a Medium ship for the better part of the last decade, it hasn't happened and I don't see it ever happening. Fdev have even less incentive to do it now that they are selling early access for ships. They'd sooner release an entirely new ship and just let the old ones rot because there's few monetization options for retrofitted ships.
In the unlikely event that it were to happen, I'd welcome a reduction in width by ~30m to allow it to fit the Medium landing spots, and allow for less tedious planetary landing. A reduction in with and thus mass should also accompany an increase in shield effectiveness, narrower convergence points, and ideally swapping one of the internal 4 slots for a 5 slot.
