Elite Dangerous | System Colonisation Beta Details & Feedback

Ты уверен? Я думал, что это будет остывать в течение дня(дней), а потом можно будет повторить.
Но в любом случае...выберите другую систему. Их там 400 000 000 000.

Yes. The game tells me in plain text that I will never be able to occupy this system again, only another one.

Hi! Is there a way we can move the colonization ship? I placed the beacon in my system but the colonization ship parked around 75,000 light seconds from the main star. I don't want my main system to be that far away from the star. Thank you very much!

Guess devs tell us to pick system with care :D Pick 1-star system with 2-3 planets for the 1st try.

I don't know if its been said yet, but I would like to be able to see what recourses i need from one of the panels in my ship. I think having to go to the galaxy map and then to your system to then click on the station to see what's needed is a bit of a hike, if I can manage my carrier from my cockpit then I should be able to see what I need for my station.

I don't understand why a colonization CG is undergoing and the colonization feature itself being implemented with 1 more week left on the CG. Feels like social experiment... Can't do both and given how it will make anything outside the bubble to colonize out of reach, probably many CG participants switched to colonizing good systems for PP purposes, maybe some for the independant non PP bgs peeps. Kinda like the CG with Antal asking for encoded mats with a ridic amount required while at the same time T-8 was accessible and people went ham to engineer their ships with the engi mats overhaul instead >_<

FDev I beg that you address the CMM composites issue, my squadron and I have everything else covered but those and we're all searching but finding so little, appreciate the Orbis Starport is an undertaking and it's a one we're up for the challenge for, so long as the means to get the commodities is balanced, everything else is bar this one commodity :(

The CMM Composite requirement for building a Coriolis station or even an Outpost seems a little steep. An Outpost requires 3,912 units of CMM Composite which requires a bunch of system-hopping as the biggest single supply is 364 according to Inara. Should be sharply reduced as this will otherwise be a significant resource bottleneck.

For comparison, a Coriolis station requires 11,261 units of CMM Composite.

Between the current CG and the colonization requirements, the availability of CMM composite commodities needs to be increased by 1000% so that anyone can complete any system colonization.

Feedback: Too many CMM Composites needed for Starport. I do not mind grinding but even with current elevated numbers in stock its way to less. I am running a Cutter and mostly only get 5-200 units per run. For CMM Composites alone that would make me do 489 runs - only for CMM Composite. Either make the time for completing the Orbis station higher or the amount of available CMM Composites bigger.
Apart from this: Good work! I love it so far.

This has been known for months now. The only promise was that you will be able to colonize the system solo within the 4-week limit. If you are going to do it solo, you'll have to do some work towards it.
Solo, by the look of it, CMDRs should choose to build an outpost as, allegedly, the commodities needed can be carried on 1 FC.
Building a station with a large pad (which makes sense for hauling) is going to be a major undertaking, particularly with some commodities only being available in small numbers with a slow respawn.

I'll see if I can complete my claim in the 4 weeks I have, being retired I can spend more time than a working player, just playing the game.

I suspect I am going to fail if the goalposts are not moved in my favour. But it will be fun trying.
