Sign up for the Trailblazer Trading CG at the megaship in the Minerva system. Even at the lowest rank (1 ton delivery minimum), you'll recover most of what you spent.

Also killing just one pirate will get you even more credits at the Bounty Hunting CG in the same system. Be sure to sign up for that one too.

Just wait for the CG to finish in a week or so to get your rewards.

Anyone wanting to make money? There are Carriers buying CMM Composites for a ridiculous amount. Great time too take advantage of supply and demand. Could easily make a billion in a couple of hours if you want to hop systems for them.

Ooh, do we?! I hadn't noticed that happening but I've been focusing on the lower value/lower demand items so far. Now I'm starting on the metals which got me crunching the (scary) numbers.

Now I've done a run, I think it's actually possible to turn a little bit of a profit ...enough to cover the fuel... comparing commodity prices at the colonization ship and at stations ...am I right?

Could you elaborate on this? What do you mean "recoup the money"? The builder ship buys the commodities from me or what? What builder ship? The one building my station?

I'm doing a second run to confirm that now ...or was. I'm part way through and stuck on a fleet carrier at a fuel star while the servers are down again right now
