How and where did you search? There are lots* of CMMs availlable.Cool, so upgrades are like, 5000t of goods with no CMMs in sight.
*OK, lots is a counter exaggeration...

When compared to the obvious reward of owning a system, these "rewards" seem both weak, and in no way connected specifically to claiming a system. Consider me extremely skeptical. It's the same issue we had with fleet carriers. They had to make them a solo activity because there's no way to share ownership of something in elite. We're all playing a solo game, occasionally, concurrently with others. Helping me claim a system is no more a group activity with group rewards than helping me get a FC was. Sure, my squadron has some fringe benefits from me owning one, but it's not really a "reward" for doing it.These are 'some' rewards obtained of course. There are many to be achieved depending on circumstance and activity.
You misread. These upgrades don't require CMMs, i.e "...5000t of goods and not a CMM in sight (on the shopping list)"How and where did you search? There are lots* of CMMs availlable.

Upgrades?Cool, so upgrades are like, 5000t of goods with no CMMs in sight. So much for "not achievable by individuals"![]()
I would guess folks are using Inara, they will only find depleted stocks that way.I found 1500t in no less than two jumps, no searching elsewhere, that's more than I could haul. By the time I scooped it up, delivered and returned, it was back. Are they really that rare? Or are people just looking in the wrong spots?
FWIW CMM's were satisfied much earlier than titanium or steel for my outpost.
It's seems pretty standard to consider gameplay benefits when playing a game.Of course, if you only consider direct gameplay bonus perttaining to your commander, then it would seem weak and playing solo.
If you consider the growth, expansion and wealth of the minor faction you chose to aid by acting as architect then there are broader ebnefits affecting a larger scope.
It's a matter of perspective. I'm not responsible for your playstyle nor value system.
Yes wait for thursdays tickSo I finished colonizing a system, outpost got constructed, and I could place new things using the system map. Next day I log on and now it's back to in progress what...
Maybe it bugged out because my friend started the next system in the chain, cancelled it, and now another colonization ship is waiting in my originally colonized system. Problem is I cannot do anything in that system now or start another claim, and I'm scared that if I press the cancel button it will wipe my completed system.
Anyone got an idea how to resolve this?
My squadron has no allegiance to anyone, if i create a claim what fills that third spot? The third faction in a newly colonised system will be the one the System Architect's squadron is aligned to
A random faction?Just a quick question for you folks as im way out in the black and just mulling over taking part when im back.
Faction
My squadron has no allegiance to anyone, if i create a claim what fills that third spot?
Or am i better to just pick a minor faction aliened with Pranav, say GOH?
Thanks in advance
O7
This is basically my point, my squadron has no faction, what happens if i start a new unpopulated system? does it just pick 3 random factions, player/non player?A random faction?
I doubt that was more than pure luck... the faction I expanded with was my sqn faction.... so I just got three randos.
Seems some people are getting to build more after their first outpost many others of us do not see any of this as we are locked out until Thursday. All the installations and stuff... e.g
If you tell everybody then they will try to jump their FCs which will add more overload and the jump times will get worse again.Heads up, this time its about the fleet carrier jump times being over 50 minutes if you don't know yet.
Regardless the countdown to build the port should disappear and I shouldn't be able to abandon my claim while sitting on the primary port I built!Seems some people are getting to build more after their first outpost many others of us do not see any of this as we are locked out until Thursday.
"Complete the primary port, time remaining..." and "Congratulations Architect! This facility is complete and operational" and the same time.
AFAIK there's nothing I can click on to see those screens.
Either you should not be able to build until the Thursday tick (which is what they said before release), and the ability to do so until relogging is a bug, or you should be able to build and the mission staying is a bug.
A small part of me does want to press the button and see if the outpost puffs out of existence around me!Regardless the countdown to build the port should disappear and I shouldn't be able to abandon my claim while sitting on the primary port I built!
