Coriolis Truss

Since it can be assumed that the effective gravity at the (outer edges of the) main body itself are close to 1g, that would make it significantly higher at the ends of those trusses. It would probably be highly uncomfortable for anybody to be inside there. Perhaps they exist to store something that benefits from a high gravity environment.
"Yes sir, the jacuzzi is located just down at the end of that rather long ladder. Watch that last step."🪜

I just call them Conda Catchers :-D I opted for no trusses on my alt's Coriolis. It's nice to see the trusses as occasional variation but I'm too much old school BBC B tradition to have trusses on the first station. I have 31 available station slots in my system though so ... maybe later ?

I saw that it was going to take 71k resources as well instead of the expected 53k. I've resorted to using my main's fleet carrier (while the main is off to Beagle Point again) to make the hauling grind a bit easier.

I choose to believe they are a device invented by Dr. Brief Braben to help the Dragon Team Cmdrs train under more powerful gravity in order to become stronger and raise their power levels.
