Just a thought, could Fdev put a placard up in the station being created in the expansion system to list the commanders that assisted bringing in all the materials needed. I would love to see the ppl who helped me make the stations of any kind and would be proud to have them "listed on the wall." Again, not sure if this was discussed already, sorry if it was.

I think it has been brought up. I think it would be difficult to track who helped, I also think there would be Cmdrs names in there that may have been flying by and dropped off some goods to help out.

A player could name all of the facilities within the system after the supporting founders who helped build the system. I think that's actually cooler than a plaque hung up somewhere. In some cases a plaque could be hundreds of names long. Those facilities would need walls of plaques. O7 Cmdr.

This is here already, at least for anything dockable. Check the local news in the station - you get a list of at least the major contributors to its construction (not sure how far down it goes if several thousand people deliver a tonne each), as well as a separate one which lists the current contributors to any ongoing construction in the system.

Not recognition I am looking for, if someone spent time dropping off an item at a station I was building as small as the delivery was. When you step foot on a planet, do you not get the first on foot??? These stations are also going to be around for a long time. My point is to see who helped me build a station and yes if someone wants recognition then this is another way of many I guess. I have been playing since 2017 and have donated my time and assisted many new ppl starting out. I don't need a pat on the back when I do something in game, it was a question not looking for FAME!!!

It says (im not going to use literally) in the station local news who built it, there is no point Fdev spending time and effort introducing something that most folks will never see.
The chances of me visiting your system are minimal, if the station has a stupid name that breaks my immmmeerrrrrsioon, Zero.
