Newcomer / Intro Went to Guardian system without extra SRV or point defense...

D'oohhh! Like a dope I went to Synuefe NL-N C23-4 ( for Guardian FSD blueprint) in my exploration Mandalay without extra SRV or point defense. Where is the nearest place I can get them and some raw materials from a trader. I dont really want to go all the way back to Ray Gate. Thanks! o7

I went to the guardian site stated in my OP. In Odyssey. I was looking for any place I could buy another SRV and some point defense items. It gave me a lengthy list of ships that could provide me what I needed in that area. I used FSS to analyze the area and none of the ships where where they said they would be.

Except for the DSSA carriers, expect any info about the location and contents of any commander owned fleet carrier to be unreliable.

Does that apply to playing in Open? Thats the only way I play.

Fleet carriers exist in every mode, including Open. If the data is inaccurate then it doesn't matter what mode you're in. Either the carrier or module you're looking for won't be there

Well, data in Inara (or any other of the external tools) is provided by those players who are running one of the update tools (like EDMC or EDDiscovery) while playing. So the carrier data was accurate the last time a player running one of these tools passed through that system - which may have been weeks ago.

But there is also at least one permanent station in one of the Guardian ruin systems. On the other hand, neither a second SRV nor point defense are actually necessary - we collected artifacts, materials and blueprints before someone discovered that a ship's PD could provide protection from the sentinels' missiles.

I was reading the OP as needing a second SRV as a replacement for the first one.

And to tie up an open point from my previous post: nearest station would be in Synuefe EN-H d11-96, which (according to Inara) is a mere 122 ly distant and also has a Guardian Ruin site which spawns module blueprints.
