Are we not able to enter support tickets any more? I don't seem to have access to the ticketing system. :( (Edit: managed to get in and log a ticket)

My claim suddenly disappeared from my Transactions menu, and the system is now labelled "Invalid". It's a little disconcerting hauling all that stuff and then just have the claim disappear. It actually happened in-game while I was traveling there to drop off the next load.

I didn't actually submit a ticket, but I got all the way into the ticket creation screen on the Frontier support website. What isn't working for you?

Hello dear developers.

Unfortunately, we don't know if anyone has already written about this.
We noticed the following while building:
To get to the building site information, we all have to go through the galaxy map and then click on the building objects and so on....
For the building information, a faster way would be really great.
Also a window to quickly see what goods are still needed for the individual building objects would be great. A display of all objects such as space stations and ground stations would also be great.
A lot of clicking and then creating screenshots to avoid always having to leave the shopping engine.
Maybe you have a great idea how to realize this with more comfort.

screenshot of yesterday, today I was in the middle of getting the remaining materials and my mission disappeared and I can now claim a new system, what.... starting from zero again? not nice

This has happened time and time again. Your architect status isn't gone. You haven't lost your system. The servers are just having a moment continue deliveries and they'll count to progress. Book mark your systems as this will likely happen again. The only major downside is you can't start any new projects in that system while the server is having it's moment.

it will take up time sure. but i feel like they should just keep the downtime going untill everything is up-to-date.
i dont mind not playing for a couple hours if the game fully updates all its new features.

well, hamster back in cage - servers are on

edit: taking the back-log of two weeks into account and with 2h40min downtime, I think we can assume a 2 h downtime Thursdays in the future more frequently....

just eyeballing the galaxy earlier before maintenance and yeah, the systems are growing at a steady pace (compared to last week)
