At this point I'd be surprised to see them stop unless this next pack is the last one and it comes sooner than expected. I'm expecting a repeat of last year where the anniversary animal gets announced alongside the upcoming pack.

I just hope it's actually a good animal this time. They had such a strong streak going with the first three, especially the peccary, and then just completely blew it with the leopard.

What does everyone say? One last chance for the coati?

Theme? If this is the last pack and I think it will be, some kinda of global pack makes sense. Take an animal from each of the 6 inhabited continents and double up on one.

If not a final pack the safari pack makes sense,’with a focus on Africa but a couple of non African species.

Also going to keep suspecting the ABB for the anniversary animal for now.! It just makes sense

Honestly I think if there's going to be any theme for a big blowout, it'll be for safaris. I see it as a call-back to when PZ was originally developed to be "Planet Safari".

Not that African animals are in any huge need but I digress.

Thinking of ideas for a "low-cost" DLC pack that emulates what we've seen prior, I keep coming back to something from cold regions. The pack would be like this:
Frigid Animal Pack:
  • Elk
  • Muskox
  • American Black Bear
  • Walrus
  • Southern Rockhopper Penguin
  • Yellow-Throated Marten
  • Wild Yak
That's my current thinking anyways

I think Nile crocodile is the main contender for ABB. Both are high on the "how the hell are they not in the game yet?" list.

Secretary, blackbuck, honey badger, mara would be a great base. Serval and another ungulate (another zebra or giraffe seems likely) would probably also get added. And then some animal that noone saw coming

When they said in the bundle "Coat's, not goat's" it made me think about the Coati, I wonder if It's an easter egg... but I'm rlly glad there is another pack coming and as @Aramar said I'm so happy the way they treated PZ today like it was more than 5 mins!! And they also said the Animals in the bundle and in the Americas Animal Pack, which I'm so glad that finally our game recieved a bit more from Frontier and I hope it gonna get better... Ik the chances r too low- but if Frontier will go back to Special Livestreams I would be SO happy-

Yeah idk how id feel about another 2 antelope pack, and an indian one is just the way more important one.

Savanna is another one of those themes were there are so many cool animals i want, but deep down i know frontier will skip over all of them lol :D.

Nile croc, American black bear and blackbuck are the most likely candidates for the anniversary animal in my opinion, but I think the croc is going to be included in the next dlc, so I'm betting for the bear.

I thought the muskox might be the anniversary animal because it's the most popular animal that I struggle to put into a pack.

ABB could go into a temperate, rainforest, or even a dedicated NW coast DLC. Nile croc seems like a good fit for a Safari theme. Blackbuck could be shrublands, savannah, or South Asia.

Of course, a bird or monkey would be very nice if possible.

I know i just mentioned suspecting the ABB, but if it is some kind of global roundup, it would make sense to be the North American representative. Though Muskox, NA river otter, walrus or even the white nosed coati would work

Okay nice to have the confirmation. Seems like it’ll be later in the year again unfortunately. Happy the game keeps going. Next year will most likely be PZ2 so I expect next one to be the last
