Just found an IOS companion app for Elite

Seems legit, but I am a little uncertain, since I never read anything about it. Did I miss anything here?

Wish I could post the link here, but seems my user group does not have sufficient rights. PM me if you cant find it on your own in itunes (if I am allowed to post links in PM's that is... :/).

Nice find Dee. It's the official Frontier companian app. No doubt it's one of the announcement at the premiere event tonight. Great find

After putting in your credentials, the app sends a verification link mail from the proper domain. Also the developer has Crazy Coaster in their development history. That game has a subforum heres. Looks very legit in my book. Sadly I cannot do a lot with app right now. Maybe the functionality will get added over time?

Put in my details. Sent me a verification email but apo not seeming to work :( as in it doesn't let me sign in. The base app works but I can't sign in. Ios 8.1.1 iPhone 5S 64gb

Here's my short summary:

First off, the app seems really well build with smoth and great looking UI. The features are aligned in two rows.
The first row is basicly just advertising the game, with the following sections:

- Welcome (Contains a summary of the game and a video)
- Learn more (Some basic instructions on the game)
- Videos (...)

The second row has the "actual" features:

- Status (Your reputation, current station you last docked at..)
- Market (Show market data from current station you last docked at.. Not sure how fast it updates)
- Shipyard (Show the shipyard data from the current station you last docked at)

The app description also mentioned galnet news being in the app, but i didnt find them yet. Maybe overlooking them.

Now as i said its well build it crashed on my after opening the "settings" screen :)

Yay another Companion App

I am glad that they introduced a companion app for the game, but let me ask this question. How many are sick of the current issue with the excessive interdictions of the NPC's in the game? Do you feel like you are being Griefed by an NPC? How many of you would like to see Interdiction's from NPC's reduced and make it possible to actually escape interdictions?

The app was announced at the premiere... Android and WinPhone versions coming "soon"...

I've signed in to it, but it never displays my data...
