Clarification on Shipyards please?

I had put a coriolis into a test system with only 1 free building slot a few weeks ago. If there's no news on this, I can try to build something there and see if it keeps the shipyard.

Any facility built that increases the systems tech level will only change what ships are sold at the shipyard, and I don't think there's a facility that can decrease a systems tech level so it's unlikely that you'd lose the shipyard by building other facilities.

The inquiry is in reference to the recently put out change that systems with only a T2/T3 port (through the initial station construction) come prebuilt with a shipyard.
Otherwise you need a tech level of 35 to have shipyard facilities if not starting with a T2/T3.

The question is whether or not the shipyard disappears if the system is built further as the wording was obscure and uncertain if constructing additional ports would remove this perk. Particularly important for systems that might not support a level 35 tech level otherwise, so a single construction removing this perk could be massively detrimental.

this ... perfectly worded

The best test would be a T1 port, since that would be the real tell on if it would cause it to be a loss of a shipyard given the obscure wording.
I have a feeling facilities probably would be safe from the notes; but if the T1 port causes a loss, they would have to be tested too.

To clarify:
This is my system:
I currently have a shipyard in my Coriolis, which sells 36 ship models. Counting by chevron I am not close to 35 "chevrons" of tech, nor can I possibly reach it. I have two planetary outposts and T3 Planetary Port under construction. The way the notes are written, I am left to wonder if when my T3 planetary port goes live, whatever "trick" makes the shipyard active, will not apply.
It would seem, since my Coriolis was completed after the patch, that since I have a shipyard with a large selection, I've met whatever requirements are in place, but the vagueness of the notes leaves me feeling unsettled.

This is my system:

I have build coriolis then t3 planetary port after patch any of this structures did not lost shipyard, as i develop system more there is bigger selection of ships. i do not have Fed faction in system, one Imperial so i have even imp faction loced up to clipper i think my shipiard only missing some ships faction locked

Edit: Also I'm not sure if tech level that u mention are technology chevrons (i dont think) patch "tech level" is system development level of 35 points, this one that u have availbe on architect colony screen on galaxy map. For example mine is 88 and i have lot less chavrons on technology level.

Ah, thank you for answering my concerns with -any- additional constructions being a potential loss. This (and the other person) clarify that.
You got a considerably low tech value for sure, got alot of other station facilities inactive but the shipyard is still active.
Surprised you have that many ships to choose from though given the low tech. A very strange combination.

Though I recall there being issues with T3 ports in a number of ways still; especially for landing and shipyard facilities.
Can see why it'd be a problem though, since constructing a T3 is a big deal and it being a double whammy would be terrible.

Thank you for the double confirmation!
Tech level is the chevrons plus other modifiers. Your market value for High Tech seems pretty high, so you likely have a huge multiplier going on somewhere; most likely from the strong links you have with your other economies.

Facilities related to hi-tech are (from memory):
Main port - t1 outpost hi-tech, then same body as main port on space is Medical Center on planet t1 hi-tech settlement, hi-tech hub and military settlement. Then i build my coriolis and went for strong agri link (it where before changes and strong link should flip economy of that space port to agri, it where dual colony/agri then to low agri influance from just one space farm). As i remember even then ship selection on coriolis where quite large.
Then i build infrastructure on 2nd body related to hi-tech with this t3 port so tech level is quite big, if u want i can later count all this cheverons reletad to hi-tech. My plan where to build system around hi-tech/reaserch of botanicals in harsh environments. Anyway after building this t3 port i went to such large selection of ships in both ports. Inara have some error and i can not refrash market and shipyard on older station that where updated before last "big" path. As for bugs related to langind i where unaware of them on my system everyting worked from day 1 of fininshing building as far as planetary infrastructure. I had to wait for coriolis to be working 1 server restart. Sorry for any english mistakes i'm older player and english self learner (no formal education i understed it quite fluently but i write as i hear words so i sometimes still make mistakes and do not have time rn to use translator, i'm hoping that i'm understanded anyway ;-)
