Ok, I’m starting an Orbis in HIP 99414 if anyone is super generous.
For those of you who want coin, my fleet carrier CHOCCO-CHOCCO BINO-BAR is asking for 10k units of steel whilst offering 15k profit per unit and is parked outside a large steel reserve at Fast Depot HIP 98967.

Fast Depot is a space station with large landing pads.

Not looking for sympathy as it’s my own fault/optimism for starting the project and there are no time constraints on it.

Have fun. I started a tier 3 station 10 days ago now and at 41% (207,365 commodity total). I helped a couple of CMDRs here with CMM Composites and did an outpost to take a break, so feeling it is possible to self-build either as a timed construction or later. A long slog though so best wishes with yours, and I'm kind of looking forward to helping others once this station is done

(for reference an outpost takes me about 5 hours, and a Coriolis perhaps 15. Tier 3 is more like 50 hours at this rate but hard to say as I've not been so committed on it, or needed to take breaks)

Hello fellow Commanders,

I recently returned after a ~4-month break, just before the Trailblazers update dropped. I dove straight into colonization without fully realizing the scale of what I'd taken on, but I've already made solid progress: 31% completion on my primary port (Ocellus) after just a few days of effort.
Star System: Col 285 Sector ZE-V b17-6

That said, most of that came from a short window of free time, and my personal haul rate will slow down a bit. I'm confident I can still finish it solo if needed, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You may occasionally spot my Fleet Carrier, Eirlys Nacht, parked nearby, I’ve set up low-priced sell orders for the required materials if you want to lend a hand and make a small profit while you're at it.

I don’t have much else to offer in terms of incentives, and I don’t expect anything, but any contribution means a lot.

Sort of. I recently went around via Apex to all my stations to try and sync them to Inara (it will show as a construction site until someone has landed there), and checked the starport services where I could. It seems that it might only be available at your initial construction site, and is somewhat bugged;

Note that it thinks I've only cowntributed 9887 system wide, and yet I've already given 50757 total to the main station itself. I'm also pretty sure that figure for KOLLEY is wrong, as I think it should be around 30k from something I saw briefly elsewhere (I forget what); I think it's not counting certain base types, possibly ground stations? I say that because I've worked them almost exclusively since claiming the system with the above, to get the points to place the largest orbital ones I can, and my own system wide figures havent changed for weeks... where as Dahak worked the main station only as you can see, but has identical system wide cowntributions figures.

In other words, a lot of decent people are probably missing from our records, unfortunately, if they've helped in the wrong places.

EDIT: Sudden thought when grabbing the above screenshot; does the journal record the actual market price, or does it record the now discounted one it has for me completing 10 stations in system? If so, is it feeding unique prices to Inara etc via EMDC which aren't available to anyone else in system?

Construction of Orbis Starport (Apollo Class) in 'COL 285 Sector HV-Q B20-0' is at 84%.
My Connection is going AWOL, the Planet next to where I'm getting the Aluminium and Steel from is Blinking a lot.

Massive Thanks to KOLLEY for handling the Land-Only Materials, it's really helped a lot.



Anyway, my Connection is just not playing nice today.
I was hoping to be done through the night, but at this rate of Connection Issues, I'm going to just destroy my Ship by flying it into a Planet at some point.
Once this Station is Complete, I intend for it to be part of a Mega-Hub in the System.
It's only 28 Light Seconds from the Main System Star, so should be great for acquiring Resources quickly, once it's complete.
If anyone is in the area during the night, it would be very helpful if someone could do some Aluminium Drops.



For KOLLEY's Assistance to this Project, the Station will be named UNSS Takao (Azur Lane Takao is a Canine).
United Nations Space Station Takao being her full name in this case.
A bunch of Constructs will be placed in the System, and then once that is done, everything needed to Produce CMM Composite will be placed on the Planet bellow.
Thus, in theory, providing a One-Stop-Shop for Players with Fleet Carriers in the area.

Man, someone really bought like 5.5k CMM Composite for themselves while I was busy irl, had a supply of 10,5k before I went offline yesterday, with still about 15k required.
Found it at 5k, and no change in units required

I'm not even sad at this point, I set it at the lowest possible sell price so I can at least give something back to the community as I was on the receiving end for the majority of the time, and if there are people who needed it, it's fair game, I did set my access setting to all after all. But to take over half the supply and not even give a single haul of contribution?

EDIT: I'll be logging off for today, I have set my FC in Aornum near Agassiz City(About 2ls) with a buy order on steel at the galactic average. The current price for steel there 412 cr, so it's about a 900% profit, not even a billionaire right now if we aren't looking at assets, so just take it at the galactic average if you do decide to help out fill the FC.
Extra: Aornum is a Yuri Grom stronghold, so for people pledged to other powers, do be careful

Also I cannot say it enough, many thanks to KOLLEY for helping out.

I recently finished my second solo primary port build, and took the money I had and went a purchased an imperial cutter since I managed to get the rank requirement just before starting the last build, but I won't be using it until I've gotten my balance back to the point where I can get the remainder of the parts I need (since I had to have it flown to another station so I can put a docking computer on it since I don't want to try feeding it through the mail slot), but I at least have a few facilities I've set up to deliver materials to and earn some extra credits.

My Primary Port is an Orbis, I should know better, it must be the masochist in me...
