I’d like to recommend a web series by British animator Tom Bates. It’s called “Nigel and Marmalade.” It’s about Nigel - a tiny, impulsive wizard - and Marmalade, who is described as Nigel's dog/horse steed (is he part dog and part horse, or does he just serve the role of Nigel’s horse?) and is the more level-headed of the two. They’re committed to helping anyone in need, often resulting in strange mishaps or disasters. I’d recommend you give it a watch on YouTube.

Oh I love that series, I have been watching it all the time

Jurassic World Rebirth also has straight up dragons now apperently, which certainly is a choice.

I thought it was funny. I don’t know why the franchise insists on these mutant monsters to sell the film. Real life creatures are way more interesting
Double true if something like this already existed anyways cough yi qi cough
But i guess you cant convincingly turn a pigeon sized goober guy into a bloodthristy murdermachine lol

I have similar thoughts to SanRazo. Personally, I feel the Drex is more understandable since we have had hybrids as the main villain twice, but these guys, as great as they look, are too much. Personally, I feel they should've been saved for a Jurassic World TV Show, and then have Utahraptor, Dimorphodon, Pteranodon, heck, even the Yi Qi (which could act as a flying Compy) that Villanele mentioned could've worked as the medium-sized second villain.

My biggest gripe with the mutadons is that It feels like a wasted chance for us to see more about how scientist on 80s were limited by their acknowlodge of dinosaurs while creating thoses (and as a indirect critique how JP accidentally messed up how people view dinosaurs).

Like imagine if those we're accurated raptors that were throw in this island cuz the scientist though they messed up something, instead of those things.

The people who made one of my favorite Warhammer 40k video games (and one of my favorite CRPG) are making another 40k game in the exact same style!

It’s called Dark Heresy and I am very hyped.

They should have kept the old idea for JP 3 or 4 where there are human-dinosaur hybrids that serve as super soldiers
Believe it or not, Universal Orlando did Halloween Horror Nights at Islands of Adventure for a couple of years to promote the park after it opened, and during one year, they had a haunted house and scare zone that featured human-dinosaur mutant hybrids created by a mad scientist. That’s probably the closest we’ll ever come to that idea coming to fruition.

The more I learn about this film the more my interest shrinks. I really don't get the obsession with these monsters and wish the franchise would just stick to actual prehistoric animals.

On a more positive note the new walking with dinosaurs series releases this Sunday so I am really looking forward to the week-end as the series looks like its going to be quite good.

That's right! WWD this sunday. Though the designs choices for some of the animals are not my cup.of tea and the CGI lightining and movement really needs some more refinement, they seem accurate representations and I'm excited about the new stories, specially the spinosaurus one.
