I wouldn't expect too much... another trailer for the game would certainly be nice though... showcase a few more returning animals; Apatosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Dimorphodon, Indominus, etc.May I make a reminder that the 10th anniversary of the first Jurassic World film is getting close.
There is no telling what will happen on that day.
Help life find a way.
Jurassic World Evolution 3 is coming to PC, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 on 21 October!

Here's hoping they take the time to redesign certain species like Deinonychus.I am sadly starting to doubt that there will be any new species that are part of the base game, considering the amount of species cut to just "over 82".
Here we go again... paying for species we already paid for in JWE2...![]()

I gotta say, the new building stuff confuses me... yes, they've confirmed we can customize our buildings like in Planet Zoo... but at the same time, some of these appear to be as static as buildings in the previous games. It is still a question whether there will be all the Jurassic World era buildings in the upcoming game.
Will the Jurassic Park era buildings be added in The Lost World: Jurassic Park movie 30th anniversary celebration in 2027?
From what I understand, modular building is optional. If you want to build that way, the pieces are there for you. But, if you prefer not to, there are plenty of pre-built buildings.I gotta say, the new building stuff confuses me... yes, they've confirmed we can customize our buildings like in Planet Zoo... but at the same time, some of these appear to be as static as buildings in the previous games.
I agree about keeping both the Frontier and movie designs for Giganotosaurus, but I liked the movie design for Dreadnoughtus. Anyway, I've learned that we will get 82 species at launch. According to Evolution Square, the roster includes new species, community favorites, and icons from the franchise. And I definitely agree about the cut animals being put in free updates.Only over 80 species? I'm really concerned about almost only the same species as base game JWE2 species, which counted 79 species without DLCs or Deluxe Edition ( https://www.paleo.gg/games/jurassic-world-evolution-2/dino-db?pack=pack_basegame ). I really hope I don't have to rebuy species I wanted all over again, nor the complete cut of my favorites such as Utahraptor, Gigantoraptor, Yutyrannus, Deinocheirus, Sinosauropteryx, or Jeholopterus...
I really hope that, when they said "over 80 species", they meant over 80 species that are already available when starting the base game, and that we can unlock more species through campaigns or something.
Either that, or the remaining species (other than Concovenator or Thanatosdrakon, which are sadly DLCs again) get added through free updates after the game launches.
Those fears aside, for the new species, I really want Magyarosaurus (my favorite species idea I want for the game), Shunosaurus, Saltasaurus, Argentinosaurus, Plateosaurus, Leaellynasaura, Camptosaurus, Zalmoxes, Tenontosaurus, Psittacosaurus, Zuniceratops, Einiosaurus, Miragaia, Stegouros, Edmontonia, Dromaeosaurus, Austroraptor, Pectinodon, Nothronychus or Segnosaurus, Oxalaia, Dracovenator, Rhamphorhynchus, Deinosuchus, Simosuchus, Dolichorhynchops, Metriorhynchus, and Leedsichthys.
Also, for new cosmetics and variants (yes, I want the Dominion prologue Rexy with feathers as a variant rather than a cosmetic, so we could have the prologue Tyrannosaurus with various colors and patterns), I want the 1997 Pteranodon variant from The Lost World Jurassic Park, as well as the Jurassic World Website Baryonyx variant, the Jurassic World Website Parasaurolophus variant (the more paleo-accurate Parasaurolophus that stands and walks on all fours instead of being bipedal), and the Jurassic World website Edmontosaurus variant (unless that is made into the female Edmontosaurus (with the crested ones being males), which is fine).
The paleo-accurate variants for some species would be great as well, such as the one for Tarbosaurus, the other for Velociraptor, the other for Spinosaurus, the other for Dilophosaurus, and so on, but that's just my wishful thinking.
I also want the Frontier's Giganotosaurus (but with the hands fixed and not pronated) and Dreadnoughtus designs to return alongside their Jurassic World Dominion counterparts, not just their Dominion counterparts.
Other than that, I think this game is going to be great! ^_^

Or possible the tiny soecies. Think about giw small their juveniles have to be.Also, I saw this on reddit cause the website is bugged in Safari.

If we were to go with the assumption that 82 dinosaurs are in the base game, and 75 of those are breedable, then I would have an educated guess that the remaining 7 could very well be the hybrids so far, as they may be the ones who do not breed like how Mules and similar hybrids could not breed.
I am unsure if this means all 7 hybrids are back, or if this were to include the mutants in Jurassic World Rebirth too which would mean some hybrids are axed or there are more dinosaurs... As 75 could also include the 4 dinosaurs in the deluxe editions, would would make 11 unbreedable animals... Argh... brain hurts...

Yes they are indeed very tiny, but I would not be surprised if the juveniles are like the same size as the adults. Juveniles of some living small species are already the size of adults or close enough, like the seagulls below which the juveniles are pretty big (and cute!)Or possible the tiny soecies. Think about giw small their juveniles have to be.
These aren't base game species, since they are part of the Deluxe Upgrade DLC.If you take the Deluxe Edition you get for sure
Protoceratops and Guanlong.
Ok. This will be the + species. There will be at least 82 in the base game. But like the games before i guess there will be a few new species and some older or lesser used species will get cut. But maybe they return later in dlc'sThese aren't base game species, since they are part of the Deluxe Upgrade DLC.
That seems very scummy, since they should be added in free updates, like what a lot of users are asking for, rather than in paid DLCs. I don't want to have to pay for the species I want again.Ok. Maybe. Lets hope for the best that the cut species will return for free. And that the support for this game last longer than for JWE 2.That seems very scummy, since they should be added in free updates, like what a lot of users are asking for, rather than in paid DLCs. I don't want to have to pay for the species I want again.
