Artimas Level 3 suit

Hello,

While visiting Pioneer, I came across an Artemis L3 suit. I purchased it and felt very excited. I went to do the load out but can't seem to find the suit. It doesn't show up in my assets either. But I can see the transaction for the 750,000 cr.

I do have the Artemis L1 suit in my load outs. Did I buy just the upgrade or is the L3 suit a separate suit? Maybe a bug or am I misunderstanding something?

I think I choose add load out, then I was presented with my default fightsuit and Artemis L1 suit. There was no option to select the L3 suit. I tried both at a terminal and in ship.

Also, when I look at my assets, I don't see the L3 suit. Wouldn't it be listed here regardless of whether I have a load out or not? Thank you for helping out. Grateful!

A level 3 suit costs more than 750k so it doesn't appear you bought the suit which is why it doesn't appear. It will not upgrade your suit. It'll be a whole new suit that you'll need to manually equip.

What else could I have purchased for 750,000? It was in the suit inventory of Pioneer. It was titled Artemis suit and gained additional battery, jump/boost.

I'm sure it was a suit, since the Pioneer inventory stated the had 4 "suits" available. Thoughts? Thank you.

you can see here my different(g5} suits(ship menu) listed at the bottom
to get them to show up like that i need to select new load out find the suit and equip it and then rename or taylor the suit(pardon the pun
where your suit may have got too i would not know if it dont appear there🤷‍♂️

indeed can only get a g2 for that price a g3 will set you back 3 mill+ which is the highest grade you can purchase...... from there on you have to upgrade yourself upto grade 5 max

That's perfect, but leads me back to my original question. Where is the suit. Lol.

Thank you for all your help. I am having an absolutely great time learning this game. I can see why others have played for multiple years.

C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous.


im my guesstimation it seems you purchased a grade 2 suit?

It looks like a G2 suit might have been what I purchased according to the image posted here. Which I am perfectly happy with. Still don't see it in my inventory, but maybe I've not done something for it to show up. I'll try doing a loadout again and see if I missed something the last time I tried.

Once again, thanks for tolerating my newb questions. :)

Inara may not have been in sync with your Cmdr at the time you took that screen shot. Best way to be 100% sure is to create a new Suit loadout and see what suits you have available.

I'll give it a try and see what happens. But I surly must have purchased something for 750,000 cr. Looking forward to see what or if I got anything. Thanks for all your help sir.
