My only intention here was to help you for the future and not to undermining your request for help/assistance. The best way for me was to exploring the systems 50-100Ly around me and marked the value ones. (named sytems like 41 Tauri, a B-Star blue super giant)

Can I ask your advice about my system https://inara.cz/elite/starsystem-bodies/588273/? How do you think:
  • What would be the best construction above Gas giant with ammonia-based life?
  • Where would be the best place for T3 Orbis station? (Water World is busy be primary port)
  • What is the best way to T3 station from T2 station?
I'm just starting colonization (10% of my first port), so any advice would be appreciated!
I've planned to make a multirole system with emphasis on HighTech and Exploration

Some Land-Based Installations and Settlements give +2 Points, instead of just +1 Point.
So, you can get to Tier 2 and Tier 3 quite quickly with those.

Tier 2 = Yellow Points
Tier 3 = Green Points

Tier 1 gives Yellow, Tier 2 gives Green.
Check out the Settlements, and you'll see what I mean about the +2 Points thing.

Start with a Tier 3 around a HMC. Build one/two T2 planet stations around. Resulting in a Extraction/Refinery eco systems than build some T1 science outposts around and you got a good center with almost all goods for colonisation in one system.

So T3 with ammonia life on gas giant is not the best idea, right? Maybe place T3 near the main star? My system is very compact, so maybe it will be the common market for entire the system?
And ill have to build some ground Settlements before the T3? HMC are the best for those settlements? I'm have only 2 HMC planets, 1 rocky and a lot of icy

I always try to aim for the 10-199 Light Second Boundary for Tier 3 Ports.
If you take a Screenshot, I can advise based on what I already know, mainly from my own experimentation.

If anyone is able to help deliver some steel to Col 285 Sector IH-V d2-84 I would greatly appreciate it. I'm trying to finish this station before the reset tomorrow. I know that sounds crazy but there's not much left, I think it's possible.

Hello, fellow Commanders.

My name is Vrey and i am currently trying to colonize Wregoe WP-G d10-48.

May my humble self request a little support? i made the daunting decision of building one of the big Starports. 12 trips a day, a 23 minutes per trip, is a bit much for me alone.

I'm not asking for much, but a little off of the gigantic workload would be nice.
