I build a Extraction Hub on a planet, but the Orbital Station (Asteroid Base) shows a strong Tourist Link instead!

Planets have to much say on what happens to stations. Case in point I have a station with 8 links, 4 of which are linked strongly/weak linked to service outposts and installations (all pirate) as well as 2 tourist and 1 farm. Just because the station orbits a high metal content world, which by the way the game won't let me land on and develop, it goes and ignores all the links above and makes it an extraction economy. Why? There is no and cannot be any industry there. Useless to me frankly (see picture attached).

I think i'm fed up with colonisation and ED at the moment sadly. I've made some stations, worked away and built up a little empire but annoyingly feel underwhelmed by the results for the most part given the work put in. To labour my cooking background, its sadly half baked and incidentally, I don't feel inclined to spend real money on ARX to beautify stations that aren't working...
I think ill finish the project I'm working on as I hate to leave things unfinished then I'm going to walk away from elite for a while which makes me really sad as I've backed this game since the kickstarter days so I'm a signed up game supporter. Don't mind my moan but I'm disappointed with the unfulfillment of all the potential. You all know what I'm talking about.
