I seem to be unable to choose an absolute date. I can click/type in a date, but once I click "Ok", it doesn't actually save the selected date, and doesn't consider it for the search

Interestingly, it should change live (so you don't have to click ok, just finish changing the date). Which search and field are you trying it on and browser are you using?

Edit: Managed to track down the issue, should be fixed now
