Do we actually know how the winner is determined?

Given that LYR and Archer are both attacking Aisling, is it possible that having LYR and Archer totals beat Aislings would count as a win for both LYR and Archer?
 
I highly doubt it BUT it would be a good way of FD to inject some actual competition into it. better imo than the hand of god's they usually do as they could (not that I would believe it) claim it was always the case but they didn't make it clear enough
 
Learnt the hard way to stop firing when the enemy puts himself between my guns and the Obsidian Directive.
Yeah, someone actually filed an issue in the Issue Tracker to complain about this. Really, it's about knowing when to fire on the enemy, and how to position yourself to keep firing at them when they get close to the station (and not firing at them on the occasion that you cannot avoid them being in-between you and the station)
 
Are the bonds supposed to count toward the CG immediately, or is there a specific station where they should be handed in? I've signed up for the CG and destroyed Aisling ships at Bessel Landing, handed the bonds in there, but 0 contributions have appeared on the CG for me.

P. S. The reason I chose Bessel Landing was that both Fiorilla Dock and Obsidian Directive shoot off into the distance when I drop in, along with the conflict zones. There's no way I can catch up with them.
 
Well, the mission board view says 0 contributions, hence the question. I'll try it again tonight, as there does appear to have been a problem.
 
Still not counting my contributions. I've lost interest for the time being. One of the most broken CGs I've seen in a long time.

Yeah. Signed up and attacking Aisling Duval ships (they're the only red ones in the zone).

I'll maybe try to come back next week. I just got so frustrated with it that I wanted to do something else for a while.
 
The way the numbers are presented is a bit confusing. The burst size and clip would make more sense if they were exactly 2 and 8, since that means 4 full volleys. It would be fun to have a burst size that was literally +2 (meaning 3), but then the clip size would be 11 and the last volley would always be short.

Ammo capacity +68% means about 303 rounds in the hopper which is also kind of a weird number. That's less than high capacity's usual 360.

+1400% burst rate of fire has to be as close to instantaneous as the game can do.
