To be fair, I think it might look a bit ridiculous if you stretched it 60 meters lengthwise. It's not small, but it should've been the biggest ship possible imo. It could've been 60 meters longer.

The only detail we still don't know is the MLF - unless I missed it somewhere.

Maybe it is just an upscaled version of the Panther Kitten (the cutest, smallest, ship never released) and the designers forgot about the lift needed on that tiny ship?Just why does it rise when deploying the SRV ? That creates an unneccessary drop height for the SRV, and the ramp hangs in the air. That makes no sense, please fix !

Most probably due to the fact the bottom is huge and the SRV needs space to not get constantly stuck getting to the SRV bay. The default height is likely set by the large landing pad having a max height.Just why does it rise when deploying the SRV ? Obviously that's clear proof that we'll get new and bigger SRVs in the fall update!Just why does it rise when deploying the SRV ? That creates an unneccessary drop height for the SRV, and the ramp hangs in the air. That makes no sense, please fix !

And a big 120mm cannon!With tank tracks!
Tracked you say?With tank tracks!
Hopefully it's not a hot monster like the T-8. Can fry an egg on the dashboard every time I boost or hyperspace. How does the ship handle heat, does it run cool or does it overheat easily?
Literally every ship in the game does that, for clearance purposes driving underneath the hull. The “unnecessary drop height” in no way interferes with deploying or boarding. SRVs can also board ships that are hovering which they do sometimes when there’s no good place to land. No other ship has adjustable articulating ramps or landing legs, so if you land on irregular ground…they all look like that.Just why does it rise when deploying the SRV ? Ghost Giraffe loaded up a couple of guass cannons at Cmdr Mechams prompting and he felt that it was close to the Kraits heat loading. So pretty good for what that's worth, likely much better than the T-9.How does the ship handle heat, does it run cool or does it overheat easily?
cannot understand that - my T8 runs at around 43%, boost 51%. SCO-Boost continuesly from 0 to 4200 ~ 135 k lsec ~80% and back to 43% in around 5-6 sec.Hopefully it's not a hot monster like the T-8. Can fry an egg on the dashboard every time I boost or hyperspace.
The trailers didn't provide any real scale, seeing it in comparison to the T9 on a youtube video certainly makes it look as if it shrunk in the wash... Hence its capacity, I guess. It’s hardly the behemoth it was made out to be.
