The way the numbers are presented is a bit confusing. The burst size and clip would make more sense if they were exactly 2 and 8, since that means 4 full volleys. It would be fun to have a burst size that was literally +2 (meaning 3), but then the clip size would be 11 and the last volley would always be short.

Ammo capacity +68% means about 303 rounds in the hopper which is also kind of a weird number. That's less than high capacity's usual 360.

+1400% burst rate of fire has to be as close to instantaneous as the game can do.

Double shot increases the burst rate of fire from 1/s to 14/s, so guess that's what the 1400% means.
Double shot also increases the burst size from 1 to 2, and clip size from 3 to 6. High capacity also raises clip size from 3 to 6 so I guess you're right with the 2 and 8.

Well, for me it is the other way around: I am getting merits now. System status has changed, and this is the reason why....

LYR players won't get merits in Gondul because the system state doesn't support it (you successfully undermined it last week, but it's too far from LYR space to be acquirable this week). If you move to one of the other two CG systems you'll also get merits as those haven't been undermined yet.

yeah cheers guys. it seems the mistress of fate was unkind to me and I do ked at the only place without rearm . am at the other station now. I tried the megashio but twice got my ass kicked by the elite wing

You can go to any of the three systems/stations listed in the CG description (right left hand side in your cockpit, e.g.).
I was at Krenkel Station in Daikulcandi on Monday, earning merits for LYR and combat bonds for the CG.

Or given that LYR didn't with this one, is it failed and we get nothing?
BTW, I missed putting in previous CG, I suppose no rewards for a slowpoke?

The modules are in storage at the CG megaship and can either be picked up there or be ransferred to wherever you want them. For the credits reward, you need to show up at the megaship and complete the CG. Or you wait two weeks for the CG to autocomplete.
