The NPCs are all procedurally generated from a template. It's basically the equivalent of colliding moons.
It WOULD be amusing if they set the release date to when the CG completes.

Yeah, that would be common-sense. (Yes, I am noting the sarcasm of the post.) Having the Panther Clippers available before the end of the event, though? That would be weird to see the very thing that is in jeopardy suddenly start appearing during the event that is meant to keep it from being in jeopardy. That would be like a missing person joining the search party to find themself (which has happened IRL, BTW: https://www.vice.com/en/article/mis...ours-helping-a-search-party-look-for-himself/)

May head back there with mine to take a load...It would make perfect sense to see the limited release models being used in the CG.
I did four runs in the Panther Clipper just to get a feel of the ship. All is good except the supercruise roll feels glitchy, it's like the cmdr's chair start to roll before the ship does.I was hauling in Moebius today and saw at least 3 possibly 5 (I have a bad memory for names) Panthers in and around the station.
I also noticed the contributions per hour graph has shot up more steeply than any time since the start of the CG.
yep this is my only gripethe supercruise roll feels glitchy
Figures, considering that PCII carries roughly 50% more, and we see roughly 50% higher peak contributions per hour, too![]()

I myself am a strong advocate of throwing the docking computer and always landing and launching manually. However, with the Panther Clipper I'm making an exception and sacrificing 2 tons of cargo space for it. It's just so much more convenient. It may or may not have something to do with my stubborn refusal to use a docking computer. Who can say. . .![]()
