Looks quite Lakony- reminds me of the Defiant from DS9 a tad so far.

Oh yes please, fingers crossed.

I guess there will be two more new big ships this year, one industrial and one... i asume it will be a new big combat ship.

My immediate thought was "That looks like the Defiant".

This ship is most likey ah mining ship with and most likey with a mobile refinery module for a selling point but its another lakon due to the yellow/black colour pallet also has type 8 engines plus the mining tools got an ammo upgrade with the panther clipper update.

What exactly defines a "mining" ship? What makes a ship a mining ship in comparision to any old multipurpose one? Every ship with enough optionals and possibly a big enough distro for the lasers is a mining ship, isn't it?

Big square makes me hope my shouting into the void about universal vehicle bays and a shuttle/space SRV/all that talk of mining SLFs is finally happening.

I'd say the round port is the SRV bay, the large square patch behind it looks like an SLF hangar door.

In this case it wouldn't be a very large ship, it would be comparable with the Krait, so either a medium or a very small large (maybe due to it's width).

We've had the FdL killer (somewhat), the Krait Phantom killer, the Python killer, the small ships killer, the Cutter/T9 killer. Time for the Krait MKII killer?
