Huh. I've never felt the need for a refinery larger than size 2 - as a core miner, that is. I don't laser mine, do you need more bins for that?

Yeah, you can totally fill all bins when laser mining and have to periodically clean them out, even if you're targetting only high value rocks, because they are often mixed with other stuff which you end up collecting anyway.

Let's say it big-ish. Overall body reminds me of Type-9. Look at two engines on each side, they dictate the width (for the mail-slot and pad).
To me it looks like it will be a bit wider than Type-9, up to the width limit, but short and stubby.

It, in theory at least, should be a big ship, as FD can charge more for it, although it could equally be a small, and the rocks around it just shrapnel...
Front looks like the T8 with smaller prongs, same cockpit by the look of it, so could very well be a short, fat, large ship!

I think you misread a rock as part of the hull, which I crossed out in orange. This seems to be the outline to me:

It looks Lakon to me, especially the engines. I'm getting serious Type 11 vibes here, especially in the cockpit and the 'prongs' jutting forward on both sides being akin to the type 8.

I don't know how you'd make it a dedicated miner, though, especially not one that's better than the Panther Clipper. Maybe a class 8 power distributor?
