I tried the megaship search..
Got results, but no megaships in the systems listed. Maybe megaship routing is incorrect?

For example:
Your website says HIP 50534 Alcatraz-class Reformatory is presently in Ross 444
INARA says it is in 41 Lambda Hydrae - Location update 01 Aug 2025, 12:53am

BOK-273 Sagan-class Traveller your website says Anotche
INARA says Ogondage - Location update 01 Aug 2025, 1:27pm

Looks promising though. Will be a great tool once the wrinkles are ironed out.

The no results thing is it getting itself muddled. Share the search input you used and I'll look into it.

The difference with inara is how I track it. PPA accounts for Megaships jumping on the weekly tick, inara just updates when it detects that they have jumped (aka when a player visits one). PPA should be more accurate than inara

im currently doing a megaship search just went through one list of results correct megaship found in about one in 4 of the results given, sometimes it shows 2 in one system when you get there only one, i was about to post about it :) im working through a fresh list to get my 10 quota needed
System: HIP 54846
For: Aisling Duval
Type: Reinforce

results
Found 15 megaships in Aisling Duval's systems, nearest to HIP 54846

  • MU KOJI I Hogan-class Hauler - In HIP 54846 is not there
  • QI GONGZI Hogan-class Hauler - In HIP 54846 is there

i can post more results as i go through the list if it helps :)

Here is the search I performed. There are NO megaships in the first two systems you listed.
The locations for those two megaships on INARA were updated today.

System: Koli Discii

For: Felicia Winters

Okay, had a look and it seems like the megaships will change their routes every so often. The data collection code has been updated, but it will take a few hours for more accurate results to flush through. Thanks all!

The PowerPlay Assistant website is still returning the same inaccurate results today.

I wrote a MS power automate script to scrape and crunch the data from the INARA website.
For the same search that I ran on your website I got the following result;

Tphen Slata, C HYDRAE Aquarius-class Tanker
Sak Marijem, HIP 40732 Dionysus-class Cropper
Chaona, LP 490-68 Hogan-class Hauler
BD-04 2421, GRO-292 Beckett-class Researcher and 1 more.

Completely different results, but accurate. Found and scanned the listed megaship(s) in every system.

That seems to have fixed it.
I travelled, in game, to the first 6 systems on the new list, found the listed megaships, and scanned them.

Thank you for all the help and for the PowerPlay Assistant website. It is going to make completing powerplay tasks far less of a chore.
