So I bit the bullet and bought a fleet carrier, I've traveled to the system that told me it is in, the Gal map shows an Icon there, but no carrier... How long before it spawns? I have relogged, still no dice.

It was me, sorry.. i borrowed it.
Saw it there, boarded her, got a wiff of that new carrier smell and took her for a spin.
