Forgive my ignorance (I didn't see a thread on this), but why do NPC ships stop in the slot or just outside when exiting the starport? Just curious.

I think the game is simulating the NPC pilot dropping hot coffee in his lap.

Good point, if we do that i bet we would get shot up. Its wrong I want to be able to block the entrance for other pilots without penalty too.....

Personally I'm pretty sure it's a vendetta against me to try and make me crash my delightfully upgraded Eagle... I'm certain that every NPC in the verse just wants to see me plow into the wall when I realize a blipping gigantic type 9 is taking up all the space in the slot and sitting there.

I just figured they were trying to get me killed. And they get fussy when you bump them to make room, maybe I should slow down on the bump though.

Is there any way this could be brought up the devs? This will be bad behavior when the game goes live in December.
