Gift Cards..??

Hey all.

I've seen that people are having problems to get the gift card and submitted a ticket but haven't heard anything from Elite. I was wondering if this is still a problem because I was thinking of buying a gift card for my friend, but if it doesn't work, well then it's no idea to do so.

Here's an example

I bought two and nothing. Filled out a support ticket and nothing yet from that either. Bit pis*ed off.

This should be fixed ASAP imo.

That's the current knowledge, and yes it is still having issues as of right now (for some of us at least).

Didn't know of this problem and bought a gift card today. Didn't work for me either
Gonna check the forums before I buy anything more from that store again.

So sad that these small things flood the support tickets when store doesn't even function correctly.

Is it worth to wait some days before I make a ticket?

Everything else works fine for me in the store, it was just that Gift Card that diden't work, Did you get help ??

Otherwise try this, Ask your friend to switch to British Pounds. Open "My Account" Click on "Gift Cards" and click on code, it will show whole code. Then add code to your account
