Rare Commodities List!

Remember, this is a dynamic universe. I noticed some stuff on sale in Leesti that shouldn't have been there. As we run these trade runs, those goods get spread around. Depending on the size of the system, it may take a while till those goods are used/distributed/etc. I suspect our runs of these goods will eventually balance the market at the stations where they are sold the most. If that's the case, the economy is working as intended.
Just had a "normal" run Chi Eridani -> Jaroua. Had to wait for price and supply to refresh. I guess the nerf is to cut in the turn-around time, 50% less CR per hour
Now to find a Type 7 near Jaroua or Chi Eridani...
There are two HiTec systems near Chi Eridani (one is Qi Eridani, cant remember the other one). Qi-E had 9 ship types for sale before the patch so you could try there. I'm still waiting for the dl to finish - aaghh....
It seems like the market is crashing in Zhen Dock. They have enough of that bitter mice milk.
Can confirm orrerianviciousbrew is a NEW string since gamma2. I guess I can start anew making lists...

Ok, it looks like some stations that sell rare commodities won't buy other rares for a profit.

I bought rares (Tanmark Tranquil Tea) at Tanmark and took it to Jaroua. The price was a loss here, so I moved on to Wuthielo Ku. A loss here also. But then I went to the other station in the same system (Mattingley Gateway in Wuthielo Ku) and profit was as expected.

Just as I'm typing this though, I got kicked out, so can't do any more research as yet. If I get back in, I'll see what I can find

Try a station in the same system or a station a single jump away and see if they buy for the expected price there
Just sold 456t of Jaroua stuff at LHS 1197, near Chi Eridani, for normal prices if it helps. I don't even look at the price but highlight my stock and left/right button to see how much 1 will sell for so dont be put off by the main listing
btw - bulkhead prices seem to have quartered with g2.0 release
And good call on the fuel scoop. I sold a level 4 cargo container and replaced it with an A4 scoop. My refuelling speed has doubled and made that much less of a problem. And putting an 8t cargo where the old scoop had been has reduced the payload. And with the new route plannning the overall time spent in the galaxy map is very little so a couple of scoops at 300/s seems to work ok.

This worked fine for me about at 22:40 GMT in Thurtis. I sold them those from Zhen Dock with the normal profit. The return wasn't that good as I showed above.
Ok, scrapping that shipment and moving someplace else to do something else, was good while it lasted. As a side note, FD, I like to know the rules of the games and am tired of having to guess bug/not bug every frigging time something changes.

yeah some anouncement would actually be nice...right now they just crashed all buy and sell prices for rare comodities into oblivion. Bought whiskey for 1620..suddenly its value drops to 600 galactic average...i mean cmon.
Rare goods, travelled 150LY and it's worth less.
So I picked up 96t of Ceremonial Heike tea, (from heike) travelled just over 150LY to Hecate ( which also sells sea worms) and I am being offered 307 cr per ton less than I paid for them.
I have been dealing in a lot of rare goods, and I know that I should be making loads of profit.
So what's gone wrong here.

So maybe that station has just gotten a ridiculous amount of what your trying to sell? I think we need to spread out where we sell more.
Try selling to a nearby system. Maybe these rare stations are overloaded with excess supply of what your selling?
I was always selling to other stations that didn't have the rares in them as I want to get as many station factions up to freindly/allied to see if that helps with getting better stuff in the future anyways so it looks like it may be something that everybody needs to do now.
I'd like to confirm that the route Chi Eridani <-> Heike still works for me like before the patch. heike supply is usually around 128t and Chi Eridani between 11xx and 9xx. Btw inbetween these two theres a System called TZ Arietis (high-Tech), which is also very close to Sol. It's got 13 Ships (Adder+T7) and almost every module type to offer (no fuel-bays/16t cargo's).
