I've been trying to find out if the keyring has a flat back to it so I can get it engraved on the back.
Does anyone have any idea?

They should really get on to putting some quality art prints in the store. I'm sure those things would sell like hotcakes. :)

Really with you on this one. Different sizes (postcards up to large posters - portrait & landscape) / matte & gloss options (even oil :)) / different frames - I'm sure they'll be lapped up!
 
I want gold paint and polish paint for the ship that i fly. basic overhaul, more item

First, i don't understand why camos aren't available to all ships. For example, It's frustrating that only my eagle and sidey can have jungle camo, that only the viper can have gold etc etc Great opportunity lost to make cash here.

I would also very much like the camo pattern and paint to see an update/overhaul, for example the pattern and colors should be sold separately. The jungle paint would become the jungle pattern and it would have no colors but it would have a different number or colors slot where you can add colors. You would use the colors that you own to have the jungle pattern the way you want, have it light pink with blacks if you wish.

Vanity items are best when they can be used to set you apart from everyone else either by being 1 in a million or having your pirate crew have the same pattern colors. This is how camo pattern and colors works in another game i play MechWarrior Onlines and i love it, i dare not count the cash ive put solely on colors and pattern over the years. It's popular because you are not locked into being another one with the exact same camo and it's always interesting how people come up with their own camo.

Other vanity items, once again inspired by that other game i play, should include dash items like bobbleheads or seasonal stuff like a snow dome etc. All of this seems like easy to do things to make people more happy with their ships and increase revenues. From past experience i guarantee you that you will get the same 5 guys screaming "cash grabs" over and over but please ignore them.
 
I ordered 2 T shirts on 15th Nov, And still haven't heard anything, no T shirts No E-mail all I get from the store is Order #100249479 is being processed. I have tried contacting store support but no response...I would like to point out that both items were in stock and delivery was supposed to be within 10 days, Not a happy commander
 
Looks like some of them are 'Available for Pre-Order now, coming early December 2014' .... isn't it early December now? I do wish Frontier would not be so quiet on these matters - I have 2 on order and they're gifts.

Hmm ordered on the 27th heard nothing either it wasnt a pre order shirt either.
 
I ordered the keyring and the 30th Anniversary T-Shirt on November the 18th and my order also still is processing.

They 'did' say something about 10 working days for the delivery on the T-Shirt shop page - and it's still written there for those ordering now.

Subtracting today and the day I ordered 15 working days have passed. So it's not yet "incredibly" late, but I was really hoping to wear the T-Shirt on December the 16th. ;) (Actually I'm still hoping, but considering it's got to be sent to Germany ...)
 
Ticketed Sales support for the 3rd time and still no response. If I don't get a reply within the next 2 days, I am going to contact paypal for a refund. I don't mind waiting but to be ignored over this is ridiculous.
 
It's ok. The sales team was just about to reply to you, however as they began opening their email, the screen froze on the spinning hourglass and it's been stuck that way for 3 days. The sales team has attempted to contact the IT dept. however they've gotten no response.
 
Don't waste your time with the tickets, just goto Paypal or CC company and raise a claim. The more people that do it this way will lower their rating and Paypal/CC Company may become 'unfriendly' or even 'hostile' toward Frontier.

I do think the way the customers are being treated is appauling and if it were Amazon or Tesco or any major retailer they would be shot down in flames. They are lying to you, they are awaiting stock, which is the response I got via my Paypal claim. I've not seen any viable response on these forums from Frontier Developments about how the store complaints are being handled (or NOT)
 
What is really missing here is some response from Frontier re: 'Early december 2014 pre-orders'

Hi. I've added this on my to do list for first thing tomorrow morning. I'd love to give you a definitive answer on it rather than stock 'We're looking in to it' thing. So as soon as the store guys get in tomorrow I'll chase them up.

I do know that we were moving to a completely different distributor as the previous company couldn't fulfill our orders effectively, so the transition may have caused a hiccup. Like I said, I'll get on it first thing tomorrow morning.

I can confirm these specific shirts were out of stock for a period of time, but they're back in with our new distributors. Im going to take some time to chase up individual orders, so give me a PM if you want me to look in to yours.
