The really odd thing was that I had an instance of the launcher running from before the shutdown. I clicked play and the game loaded with the gamma tags in the menu, but the Elite 1.0.0.0 on the lower left...... This was before updating....
Go 2 ur demo launcher, login and select Elite Dangerous at the bottom. Install it.
Hmmm ... download link not showing up on my cart and still saying Processing Pre-Order. Ordered it a couple of weeks ago.
Are pre-orders being made accessible throughout the day as staff finalise the orders?

No, but you can download the Solo Trainning and then install the full game with it.
Get the demo launcher, you can DL the game via it.
No ure not. I dont see any download link in my accountdata aswell. i preordered 2 months ago and it still says Processing Pre-Order. Any help?
If you can't download the game, make sure you have the combat training launcher installed first.
If the above is true, open the launcher, select Elite: Dangerous from the list of games on the bottom-left of the launcher (right next to the play/install button), and then click install.

Go to the store page, log in, and under your account details, you will see "Download Elite: Dangerous Single Player Combat Training", download this, it is the full launcher and will allow you to down load the game files, ignore the fact it says combat training.
