Possible to move storged ships?

No,cant move them besides manual flying.

Right now the only way to move a ship is to do something like buy a sidewinder... fly it to where your stored ship is... sell the sidewinder and fly your stored ship back to where you want to keep your ships. There have been a lot of requests to put in some functionality where you could have your ship transported to a new system for a fee.... hopefully something like that will be implemented eventually but for the mean time you have to use this somewhat messy work around.

You could buy a sidewinder to go retrieve/move each ship. Kind of annoying though.

the only way to do it is to park your current ship at your new base of operations, jump in a sidewinder and go and collect your stored ship. when you arrive swap to the stored ship, then sell the sidewinder.

its a good idea to add a fuel scoop and a better FSD drive to the sidewinder, selling them before you sell the ship on the other end to prevent losing credits on them.

True. It was at last FD's intention in the initial design discussion board.
I don't think it is a really difficult feature to implement so my guess is it will be done soon. I hope at least!
