Can't Claim Bounties

Hey all... ran into an issue where I cant claim bounties either in the system I killed the ships in or the other federation system where I completed the kill pirates mission. Do I need to go to a specific station to claim them or what? Or is it just bugged... hopefully its the latter.

Figured it out... You have to dock at a actual port not an outpost in the system that you obtained the bounties. Which, to me... you should be able to claim the bounties at any yard, outpost or not. Not sure if its a bug or not.

Hi Chrypt - I have 30k in Fed bounties and I cannot claim them even though I am in Haisheng Port. Same system that I made the kills. So, think there must be another bug

I managed to claim my bounties at White Orbital in the same system. Don't know why - it's a different local faction but I've no idea what the logic is here. Seems a bit daft since they are all Feds.

Handing them in where you got them, would be the most obvious solution. Or at a place where that mini-faction is represented.

Read exactly who owes you money and find an outpost or station that is exactly from that group (and not a group with a VERY similar name)

One would think that a federation bounty would be redeemable anywhere in fed space. Otherwise it's not really a federation bounty is it? It's some kind of local group bounty.

Okay, this is ticking me off now. I have over 120K to claim in Federation bounties from flying around systems interdicting ships, examining Unidentified Signals and being interdicted, but no hints at where to claim them. I wouldn't even mind if there was a breakdown of each bounty so I at least knew where to go to turn them in one at a time, but ideally I should be able to claim a faction's bounties in any space belonging to that faction.
