Dead thrusters

I thought so...it's good to hear it from someone else though :(

Distress beacon has been removed because it was a get out of jail free card, they want to eventually make it interesting and/or risky (and I think it was for running out of fuel only). For now... fit an auto-repair module, and watch your fuel gauge, and you won't have problems like this anymore.

Last I checked AFM units couldn't repair thrusters.

Was this changed?

It's fine anyway. I didn't have enough to completely repay the costs, but the loan is pretty small at 4,000cr.
Also I haven't seen any of those repair modules before.
 
Are they totally busted, or just damaged? (like, the thruster module in the ship's module/powerconsumption list, does it show 0% on it, or more?)
If it is just damaged, what might help is switching the module on and off. I managed to get my lasers and thrusters going that way after some fights during beta-testing... Not sure if that feature is still in or not, but might be worth a try.
 
There's a small chance you've accidentally opened your comms panel without noticing during battle - makes it seem everything has stopped responding... Or is this just me? -insert embarrassed smiley-

It was at 0%. I couldn't switch it on or off because the little check box to the left of it was crossed out.
