Nice bit of world design, Frontier! I can see the colonists queuing up to come here... What's that noise I can hear? Sounds like screaming souls. Can't be.

Here's an even larger version! You can see some people with quaint-looking fork type affairs on the surface. I hope they're wearing HE Suits!

nof fixed - PS. Am having trouble with the old alt-F10 at the moment, doesn't seem to work, is anyone else having an issue?

If you REALLY wish to visit hell, just visit downtown Houston, Texas during summer... It's worse than being in a hot sweaty armpit.

I believe Alt-F10 has been disabled in open play - it's still available in solo mode though, I think.

Moore Platform at Acokwang is my selected home base. The planet next to me looks the same as your planet. :)

I picked this location cos it has a cool planet, memorable name, is right next to the star and has a black market. The faction there love me too cos I kill the bounties they offer. :D What "moore" could I ask for?

I don't think so, since the pilot name will show well using standard resolution screenies also... I believe it may have to do with the time it takes to process the higher resolution images. Maybe throwing off sync one's connection... I really don't know.

It takes me about a half a second of freeze to take a high res screenie, I can see that messing something up in PvP

Unless they changed it in the last 8 hours that's not the case for me.
I did have to start using left alt+f10. I assumed this was because I had created a bind for right alt.

Anyone else?

<chortles> Yeah, I find that amusing. Mind you, if you're in the 'race' for Elite rank, there's no time for sightseeing - every second is precious!

I run elite as a non-steam game through steam, and take the screenshots through steam. I think that allows me to get around the lack of high res screenshots, but I'm not entirely sure. And it might not be a viable option for everyone, either.
