Is this considered a good trade route?

Outfitted my cobra to the teeth for cargo and jump distance, and now have found a trade route 12ly apart (1 jump each way with full cargo) which averages out to 1100 credits per ton of NET profit. Is that considered a good trade route?

No, it was very good having between 1500 to 1800 credits profit per ton before FD nerfed the trading.

Nowadays that is excellent. I rarely find routes that average over 700c/ton both ways and that is even using told like BPC. But yeah, before they nerfed it in gamma we were getting about 2x that.

For what its worth, that's about the best trade profit I have seen (but I am not that well traveled yet).

Most of the time I feel lucky to make a profit at all with trading :)

I see some profits one way that are good, but no round trips (ie good profit both ways).

It's not great.. But it's not bad either.. It's certainly do-able. :)
For example. My current route.
I make about 1600 round trip, 670 ish one way and 930 ish back. With 104t cargo bay it's replenishing my recent losses nicely!

Roughly about the same here, 1600-ish. For now i'm not gonna scout for trades that would only be slightly better, especially since i'm allied and friendly with several factions here.

I'm getting the occasional juicy 150k+ hauler missions, plus the jump distances are pretty short.

That said, 1000 cr/ton profit for the round trip, i'd start looking elsewhere.
