Nani Nani Boo Boo!

So Iv'e noticed a silly little phenomina which seems to be proliferating across the galaxy...players shying away (or flat out hauling butt) from other players for no apparent reason!
At first I thawt it isolated incidents but now after dozens of experiences I have to ask....why the stranger danger? I'm tryin to make frends here! :)

You are joking surely?

If I see another human player I am going to assume that player is going to interdict and attack me, its as simple as that ..

I managed one small conversation so far, whilst waiting for docking permission.
Maybe an audio warning when you get incoming transmission might help? With different sounds, depending on whether it's a player or a patroll.
Top notch would be real voice comm possibilities with players.

I normally try to fly really close and align my cockpit with theirs, hoping to see a pilot in the seat :( no luck so far.

LOL, I'm not shooting at anyone...or are you saying its the ship that matters (some scare more easily than others?)
Redic either way...was docking at an outpost last nite, player comes out of SC approaches the station (where I currently have landing gear deployed in vertical descent) I say "Hi" n he suddenly boosts out and engages FSD...really curious.

LOL a guy said hallow to me few weeks ago I was excited I started to write stuff time I found out how ,checked me spelling. when I looked up he'd gone..lol

YES THE COMMS NEED FIXING , ok that said the commms are hard to use i have had about 5 short conversations but have missed about a dozen cause i couldnt get the comms to do what i wanted.
the person who suggested a audible tone or something for a incoming comm had a good idea, making the comms easier to use or more intuitive is a GREAT idea.
