Last night I was flying some transport missions, like you do. There was one entitled "Pontiri Run" or something along those lines. This naturally made me think of the Kessel Run and how a certain pilot could do it in less that twelve parsecs. What if there was a bonus for completing cargo runs in a certain time?
Suppose you have to transport someone/thing. You have fifty minutes to do it, pay is 5,000. That's the base, you won't get less than the advertised price. If, however, you get it done in say... fifteen minutes or less you get a 2,500 bonus. You're not obligated to go for the bonus, but if you manage to get yourself a fine ship you can earn yourself a little extra coin for being the fastest dang spacer in the quadrant.
