Black market : Anarchy Vs Other

Can't find any updated and solid information on this so, does Blackmarket exists in Anarchy system because I can't find any.
If they exists does their price differ from security ones ? In what ration ?

Any good smuggler around have this infos ?

Yes, absolutely. Not on all stations though.
The only difference in Anarchy systems is the lack of authority. Everyone appears Clean (until you scan them with the KWS)
I do most of my operations out of Anarchy systems. Delivering stolen goods. Not having to worry about authority scans and besides, since they nerfed the game, Anarchy system are no more dangerous than going to Walmart. Well, maybe just a bit safer.

Slaves don't have access to higher education. We're helping them out, finding them homes and jobs... Don't beat yourself up about it.

but i sold them to pirates T_T
