Hi any station in EMPIRE systems that have Grade 4 ítems to outfit my ship?

empire has a capital? ( i suppose that is a good way to find best ítems)

any conflicto zones for empire? (sorbagos civil war is ended no conflicto zones)

Class 4 equipment is harder to find than class 3. High tech systems with large populations are your best bet.

The faction capital worlds often aren't the best sources for equipment since they usually aren't hi-tech industrial worlds but rather service economy.
