About money

I am unclear why some people are having problems with money. Let me explain in more detail.

I currently have 35,000cr in my bank and I am still flying around in my sidewinder and happy with it. Would I like a faster ship with a larger fuel tank? sure but for now there is plenty of things for me to do and I am fine.

I don't understand...its not a make as much money as possible for no apparent reason..simulator

That's the thing about open world sandbox games. Different players can play however they want. There is ultimately a goal in Elite Dangerous: Triple Elite for Trading, Combat and Exploring. At the present time I'm with you on this. I'm enjoying different element of the game without focusing too much on the sheer grind of making money to the detriment of other activities.

Seems far to many threads about needing to make more money, why the rush..?

I do BH because that's what I enjoy, sure at some point I would like to try and pilot a Lakon Type 9, but that's because I am looking forward to the experience of trying to pilot and dock it, not to make money trading with it and I doubt I'll have it long.

Just seems people want to do everything and own everything within the first month, I joined alpha and paid £200 for the game, damn sure I'm gonna make my experience last longer than a month.

But there's a reason for making the money. Sadly, the methods for earning the credits don't appeal to everyone in their current states.
