You got that around 125-135M profit earned from trading right? Double it and you might have the magic number for the next level. That's how the Combat ranking progression approximately works, but it also takes into account the ranking of the guy you just smoked too.

Check the symbol, and compare it with the ranking card which you can easily find on google images. Maybe you are on max level, if not I can't help you.
According to the symbols that was shown to us in the prize contest I am before the Elite. I don't have only a small tail on an emblem. But I think that this is not true.
