I bought finished product recently, not beta or alpha but it seems the game is still very unfinished and frustrated and I would like my money back, hope it is possible somehow.

Until then, you should play more and get familiar with the game. When you have played for, let's say 25+ hrs. You may come back and ask for a refund...but I doubt you will.

I am pretty sure unless you can prove mis-selling or similar then in the UK and I think Europe, digital products are non returnable
Why the hell do you need to create a topic for this ? I mean, it's not even a question or a useful post.. If you want your money back, they have a procedure to do so. I don't mind people asking for a refund, but stop posting it on the forum that's just annoying and spamming the section.. -_-

Its good to encourage devs to make the game more fun through complaining and other means of encouragement .your not complaining your just providing 'feedback'. some people can take feedback other just call it complaining. Defeat them with their own management jargon!!!

so the game is clearly finished, bugfree, feature complete and 100% done and probably has TOO MUCH content according to these honest reviews. So onto waiting for Elite Dangerous 2, which sadly can´t possibly get any better than what we currently have, the perfect game.
(of course no money back guarantee, perfect games never offer refunds for flawless perfection)

Tell me one serious game title of the last 5 years that was bug free, didnt got patched or had any expensions comming in later ?
I guess this is an result of kids getting spoon fed too long by mummy and daddy and as soon as they have their own money and no one is longer telling them to watch what to spend it on they fail miserable.

I agree with the OP. I too want my money back. I bought a bunch of alcohol for Christmas and it's all been drunk I should get my money back on it, and posting on this forum is the most expedient way of achieving that goal.
