Sadly I've only come across overcharged multicannons... So I'd also be interested in knowing where... I could use overcharged burst lasers size 2.

Roughly 700 stations checked and I haven't found any "prefixed" weapons of any kind. It's actually annoying the hell out of me as I need some class 2 overcharged multis and some overcharged or focused class 1 pulses..

You must have missed Underwood Port in the 13 Orionis System, that's where I saw Overcharged Multicanons.
