Crazy NPC ships during docking or leaving the stations

There were a few times when I tried to leave the stations, suddenly, there came some crazy npc ships crashing into me and my ship went kaboomed. I am pretty sure the coast was clear before I move in. Likewise, it happen at times when I was lining up to dock.

Damn all these crazy and drunk npc pilots.

... and it happened again. Started game, docked at Lave. Requested launch, found big NPC's stuck at the entrance. Finally they cleared as my timer went down. But as I was leaving very carefully with no ship in sight: BAM. NPC tried to enter again at 80 degree angle or something. Bye ship+cargo. Again.

I am not going to play Elite Dangerous until I get a response on my ticket, refund in-game. And from then on I will definitely stay away from busy big spaceports until this NPC kamikaze crap is solved. Docking in its current state is Russian Roulette. Pity that a great game can be totally ruined by stupid things like this. I mean, how hard is it to program NPC's flying in and out?
a. initial distance to start sequence: NOT zero
b. 100% in line with the entrance including matching rotation.
c. entrance and beyond clear of other ships, or just wait. NO flying in with two, three big ships side by side.
d. follow 'green lane' instead of just ramming in at random
e. no 'intelligent' movements while flying in. So no brakes, no extra speed, no extra rotation, no extra translation. Just fly in/out until the entrance is cleared completely and other ships are not hindered or in danger.

Elite at the C64 had better autopilot docking computers.

NPC act as you don't exist. That's why when I do land or undock, I fly my ship and even stop at the airlock to check the radar. When I am ready, I throttle up a bit, align perfectly with the middle of airlock, start moving forward and AB ...yeap getting out the space station like a comet :)
Even with autodocking computer, I am ready to takeover and do a back thrust to jump out of autodocking manoeuvres and not crash my ship. IMO this makes the game more interesting, its not only 5 clicks and you are done ...

Sorry for your losses but I think it is your flying or the docking computer , i have been bumped in the docking tube but never killed , I do NOT use a docking computer I fly manually.

TIPS : go through the docking tube fairly fast , i normally travel at 100 to 150 through the tube , 50 to 100 should work till you get used to flying.

you DON'T have to travel down the center of the docking tube , lots of times there is a ship in the center of the docking tube and I fly past on the side , and the docking tube may look small but there is lots of room i have flown my asp and type 7 both past everything but imp clippers and type 9's , and if i can fly a asp past a anaconda in the docking tube it is large enough to fly just about anything through .
