I think we need service for bring the stored ship to our current location. The price will depend on distance.

clear it should be a mission whereby you have to pay someone to actually make the delivery for you, and hopefully have it be someone whom you can trust, and let them earn a profit.

If you make delivery request, you could have an option: Pay less for any random player or pay more for hiring players which has already proofed that they do good work for the faction that has control over the station where your ship, you want to be delivered, is stationed at.
(sorry for bad english, not my first language)

This would be cool if an NPC actually delivered the ship, having to brave the elements of hyperspace and the risk of pirates.
