Guys, I'm near Achenar, do NOT have access to Founder's World, and need to outfit my Asp Explorer. What is the best system and station in my area to do so?

Try the Condovichs System. It is an independent system not far from Cemiess. The system map only shows a star and an asteroid belt around it, but when you enter the system, you will notice a starport under your navigational contacts. It is far out from the star and doesn't seem to orbit a planetary body. I can only assume it is a hidden base. Once docked at the Coriolis station, you should look at the shipyard and outfitting. Whenever I went there, I got pretty good stuff! Nice selection of ships, too!
CD-51 102. Its close to Achenar, and they have almost everything there. I have outfitted an ASP and Imperial Clipper there. The shipyard sells 13 ships!
