Is there a system with all ship ugrades and weapon types?

As the title says i wonder if theres a system with all or most of the ship ugrades and weapon types. If so how is the shipyard looking for that system?

Yes, the founders world (search for "founders", you'll find a system with a weird name in federation space). Problem is, it's locked to backers / elite commanders. (even if some beta got the permit apparently)

I've found systems with a LOT of things, but I don't think I've ever seen one with it all. Hope I never do really otherwise what is the point of travelling? In fact, we could probably do with making some of the higher end stuff considerably rarer.

Shinrarta Dezhra is the name. They have 13 ships and pretty much all high end equipment at sightly better prices than normal (around 10% off).
