I would like to know if that's possible to use our own music. 1 music for docking, 1 music during combat, etc...
Yea, I always loved star wars sounds
I use Voice Attack and have made 5 different 'A.I. Constructs' to talk to during my fights and flights... one of them controls my playlist, as well as gives recommendations based on its 'mood'. (I currently have up to 80 music tracks scripted each at 3 different volume levels, and a random, next, previous feature. I can also just say the name of the song and it starts playing. Great for those pirate fights, "O Fortuna!" as the battle rages around me. "Blue Danube" for cargo scooping. I've even worked in a bit of folk, pop tunes, classic rock, blues, western and jazz for those long hauls.)
I'm also starting to dabble with various word games with the ships computer that I find myself spending half my time working on VoiceAttack instead of paying attention to where I'm flying. (I've overshot my supercruise target so many times, I purposely aim above or below my destination, just in case.)
It also catches me by surprise often cause I've trained it to detect and respond when I laugh, or sigh, or get frustrated, or say words I didn't realize I say out loud till I started to see the active log. Also, while you're at it, show your ships computer some courtesy with a few "Thank you" commands. (Oh, and be sure to program in a threshold... if the AI is getting a bit too snarky for my tastes, I just tell it to take the sarcasm down to 17%... etc.)
(I'm such a nerd, but I bet we'll all be talking to computers in the next 25 - 30 years. (We technically already are: Automated Phone systems, Siri, Google, etc.))
The sky is the limit!
