Where are the pirate systems? Derelict space stations?

I can't seem to find them anywhere... no pirate systems and no broken and abandoned space stations.

Yeah! It would be nice to stumble across the odd ruin in space... no longer spinning, or spinning on a tilted axis. Rusted. Gaping holes from meteor/asteroid impacts. That would add some great atmosphere... I'm just not sure how it fits into the canon! Regardless of circumstance, I'm sure a trillion-cred investment in a spacestation would at least mean it was towed and/or salvaged rather than left to rot.

Now, ALIEN artefacts and ruins - mysterious, unknowable - what were they? Stations? Exoplanets? Derelict ship hulks? I'd love a bit of THAT scenery!

I've found "unsancioned" stations being ran by Pirates. The stations have battle damage, even ships crashed on the docking pads. Seen a good number of them in Pirate hands...pretty cool. Funny to get a fine from a Pirate faction for "illigal" cargo...

Don't worry. Stuff like that will be implemented for sure.
I am looking forward to asteroid bases (like were shown in concept art) myself.

Yeah, I've come upon at least one of those. Going off memory, I think Toll Ring in the Neritus system is one such unsanctioned station. I don't remember seeing anything special about it, though.

There's plenty in the region around "Mannovalo". That system its self has two.

Everything is the same all at once. Pirate outposts have a cool skull decal pasted on the side with impressive red mood-lighting but that's about it.

I hear it's all a WIP so am patiently waiting for Elite to catch up and start delivering. Until then, I'm giving the commodity market a jolly good rodgering and my bank manager is loving it!
